Partners Foundation are a Not for Profit Voluntary Organisation which has been established since 1994 and works Nationwide.  We are a Supported Housing Landlord and our Aim is to provide care and support for people with a disability who require good quality accommodation.  Partners Foundation offers quality housing for its tenants based on their individual needs and choice to enable them to have valued lives in and as part of the community. The company supports and encourages its staff to be committed to a practice that is underpinned by values of:

Our dedicated and caring staff team of 16 are very approachable and friendly. We consider ourselves to be small enough to care and believe in building good relationships with tenants, families and carers offering continuity, stability and solutions to any problem you may have big or small.  Our staff have years of experience in the Learning Disabilities Services, Resettlement Activities, Nursing Care, Welfare Benefits and Housing.
