To ensure that our tenants are happy we always communicate to them, this can include check-ups, repairs or listening in to any feedback or complaints
At Partners Foudation, it is important that we always put our tenants first. We love to engage with our tenants. We ensure that they recieve the best support to thier meet needs and all our staff at the office provide excellent customer service. We take daily feedback and complaints very seriously which allows us to improve services
We also use social media which gives our tenants another method for them to engage with us. They will be able to send direct message and communicate with our posts
