Professionally qualified, Dave has worked in Social housing for almost 25 years, in a variety of management roles. He has extensive experience of delivering excellent customer services and putting tenants at the centre of everything we do. On two occasions Dave’s tenants have won national tenants of the year awards at TPAS. Dave is responsible for the operational delivery of the companies customer facing services and improving these services.

I will assist tenants with finding a property that meets their needs or can assist and arrange all necessary works/adaptations/repairs to be carried out to a property.I will ensure that PFL as a supported housing landlord conform to all regulations to meet their responsibilities in connection with your home. I can offer practical advice and support on looking after your home.


Partners Foundation board shall annually consider, appraise and understand the risks of the businesses operational and regulatory environment to as fulfil its vision of delivering new homes to meet the needs of vulnerable people as well as provide more general needs homes. The board shall through the company’s Risk Management Framework ensure that risks are identified and mitigated.
