I take all your repairs, arrange with contractors to carry our works to your home. I will check that jobs are carried out and completed and that tenants are happy with the work. I can arrange quotes and help with jobs that are our tenant's responsibility and will keep you informed of what is going on. I can arrange to maintain, repair and replace any appliances we have provided to our tenants.

I carry out Stock Condition surveys at our properties and help arrange our rolling maintenance programmes. I Monitor jobs to ensure we deliver a good quality service and check it meet our standards.

I assist Sue when taking repairs, arranging jobs, and checking they have been completed. I am responsible for arranging the gardening at your home. I also make sure all the contractors who carry out the jobs have public liability insurance.

I meet with tenants, families, carers and Support Providers and can offer advice on Support Packages, Support Services, Finances, DFG Funding and Personal Benefits. I can arrange to visit tenants at their home if they have any issues or problems that they wish to discuss.I manage the voids at our existing properties  and  liaise  with  Local Authorities, Support Providers and other agencies looking at the needs of the individuals and compatibility with any existing tenants.

I have the responsibility to manage the day to day running of the office. I am one of the office first aiders, GDPR officer and a Fire Marshall. I carry out the office Health and Safety checks ensuring we meet the H&S regs including checking the H&S assessments of each employee’s workstation to ensure wellbeing as well as their health and safety. I oversee and manage the out of hours repairs rota and staff holidays, sickness and general office cover. Covering each department, I assist with all tasks and cover roles when needed. As tenant support officer I also cover different geographical areas and visit tenants to ensure all is well in their home.

My role at Partners Foundation is to manage the portfolio of general let properties. I sign up new tenants and carry out property inspections, also dealing with a range of queries from collecting rent payments and property repairs. I have worked hard at establishing a good working relationship with our tenants and in turn, I have built trust with them and we share a mutual respect between tenant and landlord.

I carry out the local DIY services, PAT testing and gardening services to our tenants. I also assist with the repairs service ensuring jobs are completed within a satisfactory timescale and tenants are happy with the work carried out. I arrange quotes for jobs that are tenant's responsibility.

My role within the PFL family is centred around the business operations, mainly financial. I assist management in assessing the financial position of PFL. This means implementing, updating and improving on the current accounting practises internally whilst providing specific information and documentation to governing bodies. I have also been assisting with our new projects managing the financial aspect and maintaining communication with auditors or lenders to ensure everything goes as smooth as possible. Outside of my day to day role, PFL have extended numerous opportunities to me for my own personal and professional development. I have been given the chance to study for my Chartered Accountants status of which is half complete, Full Sage Accounts system training, Asset Based Community Development workshops, Government legislation update requirements and mental health in the workplace training. PFL work hard to meet their Corporate and Social Responsibilities. This has meant that I have been allowed to work with many different projects that help people. One secondment was 18months, from set up through to gaining the Queens Award for Voluntary Services, the project could not of done this without the help of PFL providing me as a service. The project saw us save over 300 tons of “edible food waste” from going to landfill and recycle 95% of that back into the local community via schools, church groups and wellbeing centres.

I support tenants to apply for and obtain their full entitlment to benefits. I support tenants with housing benefit and personal benefits, supporting individuals with the completion of forms and keep track of changes in circumstances liaising with local authorities and benefits agencies.

I am a Welfare and Benefits Advisor specialising in Housing Benefit. My role includes keeping up to date with welfare changes, ensuring all our tenants are on the correct rate of Housing Benefit, monitoring tenants rent accounts and dealing with any queries that arise, this may include liaising with local authorities, professionals or family members/appointee’s that manage our tenants finances. I also support our tenants to complete Housing Benefit claim forms. As Housing Benefit is linked to other welfare benefits, I work closely with other colleagues and outside agencies to support our tenants with Employment and Support Allowance, Personal Independence Payment and Universal Credit.  


Partners Foundation board shall annually consider, appraise and understand the risks of the businesses operational and regulatory environment to as fulfil its vision of delivering new homes to meet the needs of vulnerable people as well as provide more general needs homes. The board shall through the company’s Risk Management Framework ensure that risks are identified and mitigated.
