All our tenants have a tenancy agreement it is an important legal agreement between the tenant and the landlord.
It explains what the tenant must and must not do.
Also what the landlord must do or not do.
We will support and advise tenants to live in their own home and look after their home and support tenants to understand the tenancy agreement.
The tenancy agreement informs tenants how much the rent is and what is included in the rent.
It also informs tenants about property services and support services available to them and explains what each person must do to be a good tenant and what the landlord will do if they break the agreement.
It also explains what to do if tenants are not happy .
