We would all like a nice home to live in, a choice of where to live, and a home that meets individual needs that enables independent living, given the right support.
Finding a Vacancy
Although Partners Foundation does not hold housing stock, some of our current properties do have vacancies. If we have not got a vacancy within your area, contact us and we will assist you with looking for a property that will meet your needs, we will look at a range of housing options and solutions working with you, carers and professionals to make this happen.
