can support and assist you with identifying any aids and adaptations that you require.

Support our tenants in arranging for adaptations to the property to meet their needs
Liaise with our tenants, Professionals and works contractors
Obtain quotes for the work as required
Track any outstanding work to completion
Check with our tenants to make sure the work has been done and that they are happy with it.
Offer advice to tenants of ongoing maintenance
