Furniture - As your landlord we would normally provide you with some electrical goods including washer, dryer, fridge freezer, cooker and a microwave. The provision of these goods would be dependent on the layout of your kitchen or whether you prefer gas or electric cookers or whether some of the goods are already integrated, either way as a condition of your tenancy we will provide these items.

Fuel-
Sometimes we include communal fuel costs within your rent charge. If we do this 
there is a charge to yourself for your own room. We normally manage the fuel bills, we can discuss this and arrange this with you.
Gardening -
If your property has a garden we would normally include the maintenance for this in your rent and provide a garden maintenance service.
