Support Providers
Most providers usually support tenants in properties where a landlord normally provides accommodation and looks after the bricks and mortar.  Support Staff are expected to organise repairs, chase contractors, claim benefits, complete forms etc, whilst supporting tenants with daily living tasks. Partners Foundation are very different, we are a supported housing landlord who have been accredited in providing property related services to its tenants, offering support to deal with repairs, benefits and other services.

We provide support to all our tenants as a condition of tenancy and this is laid out within our Support Plan. We review the plan on an annual basis to ensure our tenants know and understand the support we provide and how to access this.

In these times of reduced budgets, shrinking care packages and the expectation of more for less, we believe time supporting tenants in day to day activities is more valuable than spending time filling in forms, trying to find contractors to do jobs around the house or endless hours on the phone when tenants are waiting to go out.  Let us take the stress out of the day by dealing with all your repair queries, benefit queries and or any other matters you would like us to deal with.

A guide to our tenancy
We understand when supporting our tenants it is sometimes difficult to understand the legal wording and terms used within the tenancy agreement that all tenants must have.  We have a user friendly “Guide to Tenancy “ to assist you as a support provider at such times.  It outlines in simple and easy terms the conditions of tenancy agreement and the support that we provide.  We have had excellent feedback from providers in using the guide in supporting our tenants, in the day to day running of their tenancy.

Service Level Agreements

CLARITY, COMMUNICATION, FLEXIBILITY, SIMPLICITY

We  currently work with over 40 support providers.  We are flexible in the way we approach and provide support.  We also know the challenges of delivering support alongside providers and use our approved (by Supporting People) SLAs to set out how our organisations work together.  We meet regularly with support providers to discuss future or present issues where joint working is not only required but essential.
