Agreements

We feel that your staffs’ time is very valuable and the importance of knowing information to assist our tenants is vital.  Often issues are raised by someone not knowing whose responsibility it is or what procedures are for eg: Health and Safety, reporting Repairs, Fire Risk Assessments.

The Agreement

Our standard Service level Agreement (SLA) is just 10 pages long, written in plain English and has 3 aims.

They are:

To ensure effective joint working between the two parties

To clarify their respective roles and responsibilities

To ensure good liaison between our organisations to ensure the effective provision of Housing and Support services to Tenants.

Often we are asked by Support providers, who is responsible for “that”, or what happens when “this” happens. We cover most subjects within the agreement and have useful reference documents which are attached to the agreement, these include;

The property address to which the agreement refers to

The support we both provide

The Housing Management we provide as a Landlord

What the Support providers responsibilities are

The Support providers nomination or referral procedure

How voids are addressed
