Property related services

 

Furniture - As a Supported Housing Landlord we would normally provide our tenants with some electrical goods including washer, dryer, fridge freezer, cooker and a microwave.  The provision of these goods would be dependent on the layout of the kitchen or whether tenants prefer a gas or electric cooker or some of the goods may already be integrated. Either way, as a condition of the tenancy we will provide these items.

 

  

 

Fuel – sometimes we include communal fuel costs within the rent charge. If we do this there is a charge to the tenant for their own room.  We would normally manage the fuel bills but we can discuss this and arrange this with the tenants when setting up the tenancy.

 

   

 

Gardening – If the property has a garden and the tenants are unable to manage the gardening for themselves, we would normally include the maintenance for this in the rent.  We would then provide a garden maintenance service.  To help us to maintain, manage and improve on this service we have a questionnaire that we are happy for our tenants to complete if they would like to make any comments.
