We provide property services to you as part of your tenancy, below is a list of those services:-

	Telephone - where there are communal areas we may help towards the cost of the line rental		Fuel - where there are communal areas we may help towards the cost of bills

	Gardening - if you have a garden we may provide a gardener to maintain the garden for you
			Kitchen appliances - we provide these items, repair, maintain and replace them when they can no longer be fixed
