Who We Are?

Partners Foundation offer properties to rent that tenants can call home. Our Supported Accommodation offers Assured Tenancies, to meet tenants’ individual needs, whether you wish to live alone or with others including support to enable tenants to maintain their tenancy.

We strive to provide quality housing that is well-maintained and meets the needs of our tenants for as long as they wish to call it their home

It is important to us that our tenants have choice, respect and independence and we believe in giving the best care and support to all our tenants, families and each other.

Our Business Plan Objectives 2022-2025

1. Increase Tenant involvement/ engagement and community presence

2. Maintain existing properties to legal, regulatory and PFL standard

3. Reduce the number of voids to or below 4.5%

To ensure that our tenants are happy we always communicate, this can include check-ups, repairs or listening in to any feedback or complaints

At Partners Foundation, it is important that we always put our tenants first. We love to engage with our tenants. We ensure that they receive the best support to meet their needs and all our staff at the office provide excellent customer service. We take daily feedback and complaints very seriously which allows us to improve services

We also use social media which gives our tenants another method for them to engage with us. They will be able to send direct message and communicate with our posts
