Partners Foundation are happy to announce that we have fitted solar panels into some of our properties. This is a new way of using renewable energy from the sun. Solar panels are designed to capture as much sunlight as possible which is then converted into energy to power electricals inside the home. It is part of our plan to make our properties green and sustainable living to help the environment. As a supported living landlord, we want all our properties to have sustainable living and our aim is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reduce climate change as we understand the negative impact it has on our planet. So far we have fitted solar panels at properties in Ashton in Makerfield, Rochdale, and our new supported housing scheme in Wigan but we will be installing more solar panels within the next few years.
