Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Unconscious Bias

The PFL staff are embarking on a journey towards ensuring a greater inclusivity and diversity for our tenants and the workplace. Recently we participated in an enlightening diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias training session hosted by the experienced staff from Fact3. This is part of our overall greater mission to increase our community presence and tenant involvement so we can ensure that every tenant can feel involved and included and making sure we have a positive workplace.

The Fact3 company came to our offices on Wednesday (27th Sep) and hosted their workshop training course in the morning and they did fantastic involving all the PFL team as much as possible. The training allowed for some very interesting discussions with one another, and the team got to learn a new thing about each other.

So, what did we learn? Towards the end of the workshop, we reflected on what we learnt and how we could apply that knowledge into our company within our tenants and workspace. We are now looking closely on practices we can implement to ensure that we can include all of our tenants in what we do and making sure that what we can offer is accessible for every tenant needs including the easy-to-read tenant guide on video format
