Our State Of The Art, New Build Supported Housing Scheme.
Our first tenants have enjoyed twelve months of living in individual apartments. Rest assured these moves are being carried out in a safe and managed way in partnership with Rochdale Council and Future Directions our on-site care provider.
Adding to the wow factor there is also a dog friendly onsite café – River Beal Café – “Where Communities Come Together” which is open to the public selling cakes, coffees, soup and sarnies like they are going out of fashion – get down there and give it a go we have!
We are looking forward to everyone moving in and some great (safe) Christmas celebrations.
