Ending a tenancy
We understand that you may want to end your tenancy with us, whether this is because you choose to or because your needs have changed, and you need more care.
For whatever reason please contact our office and speak to one of our tenant support services team who will be happy to talk to you and offer you advice and support on your choices, we are on hand to help wherever possible or point you in the right direction.
If you are wanting to end your tenancy with us, you must give us 4 weeks’ notice in writing as stated in your tenancy agreement. If you would like to complete one of our tenancy termination forms you can do so by downloading a copy completing this and returning it to us by post or emailing it to us at enquiry@partnersfoundation.com or you can simply write to us.
If you change your mind about moving once you have submitted your written notice you must contact our office straight away and speak to one of our team. We may, if needed allow you to stay in the property after the end of the tenancy for a short period of time if the property you are moving to is not yet ready for you.
