Report a repair
It is important to report repairs to us as soon as possible e.g. if a door handle is falling off or you have a leaky tap or your toilet won’t flush you must contact us and let us know and our repairs team will help to get it fixed.
When contacting us you need to tell us what needs fixing or what is wrong and then our repairs team will give you a job number and arrange for someone to come out to do the job. We will try to arrange this at a time that is convenient for you.
Sometimes there may be a time when the repair is your responsibility and we will let you know if this is the case, and if there is a charge to you.

Our response times:
Emergency same day
High Priority – 1 day
Medium priority – 7 days
Low priority – 14 days
When you report your repair, we will inform you of the priority.
If you have an out of hours emergency repair, please call us on 01706 759330 or 07710 822828. Our out of office service operates when the office is closed for emergency repairs only. An emergency is defined as something which could cause danger to health, our tenants’ safety, or cause serious damage and destruction to property.
