Energy Efficient Flats
At Stubshaw, the electricity generated for the building is shared across all apartments. If all homes are in use, each receives an equal share. If some are empty or not in use, the unused portion is automatically reallocated to another tenant
Care Call System
Each flat includes a care call system tenants can use to easily contact staff. These are very easy to use and staff are well trained to ensure that calls are answered promptly and quickly
Fire Safety
Stubshaw has been designed with safety first. Each apartment and communal area is protected by a linked fire-alarm and smoke/heat detection system, emergency lighting, and certified fire doors
