At Partners Foundation, we are committed to investing in the quality, safety and comfort of the homes we manage for our tenants. We regularly refurbish and upgrade properties to ensure they meet modern living standards, improve energy efficiency, and enhance day-to-day living for all residents. We are pleased to share the latest overview of property improvement works completed across our housing stock. During this financial year we have invested £420,000 in property improvements (25/26)

Summary of Improvements Completed
12 properties received brand-new bathrooms – modern fixtures, tiling and finishes
12 properties had new boilers installed – improving heating efficiency and reliability
12 properties received new kitchens – updated units, worktops and appliances
10 properties underwent full internal decorating – fresh paint and finishes throughout
Essential Repairs & Improvements
2 properties had new external doors fitted – improving security and insulation
- 2 properties had new soffits and fascias
2 properties had new guttering installed – enhancing drainage and protecting the building fabric
2 properties received new hot water cylinders – more reliable hot water supply
External Works
6 properties had new fencing installed – improving garden boundaries and privacy
Note: New flooring was installed as part of every kitchen and bathroom refurbishment to ensure a complete and high-quality finish.
