Performance Reports

What we have to tell you, the boring stuff, as a landlord we have to report information to the regulator so that they know your home is safe. Basically they want to know how many of our houses have:

  • A gas safety certificate
  • A fire risk assessment
  • An asbestos management survey
  • A legionella risk assessment
  • A lift safety check

They also want to know

  • How many of our houses are not up to standard
  • How many non emergency repairs were completed within target timescales
  • How many complaints we have received
  • How many complaints are responded to within times set by the Housing Ombudsman

This is nothing for you to worry about and you don’t have to do anything, but we want to tell you what we have told them. This is to show that we are being honest

The regulators are also very keen on hearing what you, our tenants, have to say. This is called tenant participation and we will be in touch with you soon to make an appointment to come and see you to talk about this

So, how are we doing?

Between 1st February and 30th June

  • 100% of complaints were dealt within timescales set by the Housing Ombudsman
  • We carried out 68 Portable Appliance Tests
  • We carried out 1448 Non Emergency Repairs, 64% were completed within timescales

As of the 30th June 2022 (Where Applicable)

  • 100% of our properties have a up to date Gas Safety Certificate
  • 100% of our properties have a up to date Oil Safety Certificate
