Performance Reports
What we have to tell you, as a landlord we have to report information to the regulator so that they know your home is safe. Our board wants to make sure we are compliant in H&S and ensure that our tenants homes are safe. The board like to know how many of our homes have:
- A gas safety certificate
- A fire risk assessment
- An asbestos management survey
- A legionella risk assessment
- A lift safety check
They also want to know
- How many of our houses are not up to standard
- How many non emergency repairs were completed within target timescales
- How many complaints we have received
- How many complaints are responded to within times set by the Housing Ombudsman
This is nothing for you to worry about and you don’t have to do anything, but we want to tell you what we have told them. This is to show that we are being honest
The regulators are also very keen on hearing what you, our tenants, have to say. This is called tenant participation and we will be in touch with you soon to make an appointment to come and see you to talk about this
So, how are we doing?
As of the 1st February
- 100% of our properties have in date gas safety certificate (Where required)
- 100% of our properties have a carbon monoxide dec
- 95% of our properties have a in date electrical certificate
- 96% of our properties have a up to date portable appliance testing certification
- 100% of our properties have a up to date fire risk assessment
- 100% of our properties are aware of legionella risks and are putting measures in place to minimise risk
- 100% of our properties have a lift safety certificate (where required)
- 99% of our tenants are overall satisfied with the services provided by PFL
- 100% of our properties have an updated asbestos report (where required)
Tenant Satisfaction Measures
During 2025 we have carried out face-to-face surveys with all our tenants. Everyone had the opportunity to participate. Some of our tenants were supported with their responses by family members, friends or support worker
