The Final Stretch
We are looking closer and closer to the completion of our new supported living scheme in Stubshaw, and we can finally take a sneak peek at what the apartments are going to look like. Take a look at what this new development has to offer.

Every detail was created to showcase what inclusive, modern, and functional supported living looks like. We understand how important it is for our tenants, with learning difficulties or disabilities to visualise their future home, a space where they feel safe, empowered, and respected.
It paints a picture of life here. Once complete, the scheme will offer multiple self-contained apartments with shared communal spaces, forming a welcoming community for individuals with additional needs.
This space represents progress, care, and forward-thinking housing, key to what we offer at Partners Foundation.
For many individuals with disabilities, moving into supported accommodation can feel overwhelming. By offering a physical representation of what their future could look like, we remove uncertainty and build confidence.
As development continues, the Stubshaw scheme remains on track for completion by the end of summer 2025. This show flat is just the beginning of a wider mission to provide high-quality supported living in Wigan and beyond.
We’ll be sharing more updates in the coming weeks including photos, interviews, and progress milestones.
